Why we verify identity

We partner with licensed banks and payment service providers, and we provide identity verification (KYC) and AML compliance services in support of our payment and settlement operations. Verification helps protect you, our partners, and the integrity of the financial system.
What we verify
Depending on your use of our services, we may collect and verify:
- Identity documents — Valid government-issued ID (passport, national ID card, or driver's licence)
- Proof of address — Recent utility bill, bank statement, or official letter (within 3 months)
- Business verification — For business accounts: company registration, directors' details, and beneficial ownership information
Verification process
Our verification process is designed to be straightforward:
- Submit your details and required documents through our secure platform
- Our team reviews your submission—typically within 1–3 business days
- We may request additional information if needed
- Once verified, you receive confirmation and full access to our services
Data protection

Ongoing compliance
